About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Strategist to join our team at MAC Recruit Group Ltd. As a Senior Content Strategist, you will play a critical part in enhancing our global brand presence through innovative and engaging content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain a Consistent Brand Voice: Collaborate with our Head of Marketing and other senior leaders to drive our content strategy, focusing on global market expansion and customer engagement.
  • Implement and Oversee Content Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute content marketing plans across email, social media, video, website, ad copy, PR, brochures, and presentations.
  • Create and Manage a Content Plan: Develop a content plan tailored to key customer segments, ensuring timely execution and ROI.
  • Drive Organic Search Growth: Collaborate with SEO agencies to achieve top search rankings through optimized content.
  • Enhance Digital Campaign Content: Improve conversion rates through optimized digital campaign content.
  • Lead the Social Media Strategy: Boost audience growth, engagement, and brand reach through effective social media strategies.
  • Coordinate the Content Team: Align content with brand standards and business objectives through effective project management and coordination.
Requirements
  • Approximately 5 Years of Experience: In a content management or similar role in an Ecommerce or Consumer focused business.
  • Proven Experience in Developing a Consistent Brand Voice: Across various channels.
  • Strong Expertise in Implementing Multi-Channel Content Marketing Strategies.
  • Ability to Create and Manage Content Plans: With a focus on ROI and timely execution.
  • Experience in Driving Organic Search Growth: Collaborating with SEO agencies.
  • Proficiency in Optimizing Digital Campaign Content: To improve conversion rates.
  • Demonstrated Success in Leading Social Media Strategies: Increasing audience growth and engagement.
  • Excellent Project Management Coordination Skills: For managing a content team and collaborating with external partners.
  • Excellent Skills in Managing Upwards: And a natural team player.
