About the Role
The Cigna Group is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Development
- Work with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to develop and execute marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.
- Campaign Execution
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across paid media and owned channels.
- Develop and manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Monitor and report campaign performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Team Management
- Manage and coach team members to ensure campaign success.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Industry Knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Share knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Campaign Manager who possesses:
- Proven experience in managing campaigns across paid media and owned channels.
- Creative strategic thinking with a proven history of omnichannel campaign management delivery.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and coach team members.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and communicate with confidence at all levels.
- Commercial awareness with accurate forecasting and budgeting.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization with a strong understanding of customer contact/engagement strategies.
- IT skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages.
