About the Position:

The Marketing division is seeking a Senior Integrated Campaign Manager for a pivotal role in the execution of extensive multi-market and/or multi-channel marketing initiatives. This position is essential for the meticulous implementation of campaign strategies, as devised by the Campaign Strategist. You will play a vital role in bridging the central and regional teams across various channels to enhance integration, streamline processes, and improve efficiencies. We are in search of an individual who is enthusiastic about marketing and adept at managing cross-functional campaigns, with a proven history of uniting teams on intricate and successful projects through expert campaign oversight and exceptional stakeholder engagement. You will report directly to the Campaign Strategist and collaborate closely with the Grow Awareness Planner.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution and Coordination:

Oversee and manage comprehensive campaign activities in alignment with strategies set forth by the Campaign Strategist and the Country/Region Marketing leaders. Develop a roadmap that outlines the timing of agreed-upon activities with the marketing teams. Lead the execution of the campaign roadmap from initial planning through to analysis. Establish and maintain milestones and timelines to ensure timely delivery. Identify potential risks and proactively address obstacles.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Communicate updates on campaign progress, outcomes, and requirements in a proactive manner. Influence stakeholders at various levels to secure input, alignment, and support. Act as the primary liaison for all key contributors to the campaign.

Budget Management:

Assist in the development and oversight of central campaign budgets. Monitor expenditures and adjust strategies to align with budgetary objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work in partnership with marketing, product, and commercial teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Connect global and regional teams to optimize campaign integration.

Tools and Processes:

Implement effective systems and tools for transparency and tracking. Continuously enhance processes through analysis, feedback, and refinement.

Reporting and Communications:

Provide regular updates on campaign status and results to stakeholders. Facilitate collaborative planning sessions and reporting ceremonies. Ensure the readiness of campaign-related materials for channel planning discussions. Actively contribute to the design and execution of collaborative planning ceremonies.

Marcomms Calendar Management:

Collaborate with the Market Development lead to define the operational model of the marcomms calendar. Assist in managing marcomms ceremonies, communications, and reporting.

Essential Skills:

Demonstrated experience as a Marketing Manager or in a comparable role, such as Project Manager, in executing successful marketing campaigns or complex cross-functional initiatives. Strong organizational and project management capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. Experience in advertising operations, account management, or campaign management is advantageous. Familiarity with tools such as Atlassian (Miro, Confluence, Slack, JIRA) and Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint.
