As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will serve as a representative for one of the world's premier automotive brands. You will guide customers through their journey as the initial point of contact in the Retail Centre, addressing their needs and ensuring a customer-centric, premium experience.

Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Proactively engaging with customers to provide assistance and advice tailored to their needs.
  • Creating an inviting retail environment for our customers, including product displays.
  • Planning and managing the customer journey, enabling informed decisions while providing relevant information on all products and services in a compliant manner.
  • Presenting a balanced overview of financing options to customers, adhering to compliance processes and requirements.
  • Facilitating the essential needs of our aftersales customers by collaborating with the aftersales team to ensure seamless service.
  • Assisting in the test drive experience, including product presentations and necessary documentation.
  • Working with management to secure and process vehicle orders, utilizing applicable platforms.
  • Coordinating and confirming handover details for customers purchasing vehicles, collaborating with administrative staff and vehicle progress teams.
  • Following up with previous visitors and inquiries to assist and reappoint where appropriate.
