Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and efficient receptionist to provide temporary cover from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors, signing in contractors, arranging site inductions, and managing incoming calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive first impression for clients and customers.
- Utilize strong telephone manner and communication skills to handle incoming calls and respond to queries.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, prioritizing multiple responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or administration, with a strong focus on reliability and commitment.
- Proficient in using IT systems and Microsoft packages to perform administrative tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
