What will your responsibilities include?As a Customer Service Specialist in Aftersales, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, making you a vital representative of Motus Group. Your responsibilities will encompass:
  • Welcoming customers and ensuring a high standard of service from the outset.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels, understanding their needs, and advising on how we can meet them.
  • Managing Service/MOT schedules and workshop capacity, informing customers and the workshop about vehicle arrivals and completions.
  • Overseeing the receipt and return of customer vehicles, including courtesy vehicle handovers and checks.
  • Identifying and verifying parts stock and other goods from suppliers for quality and accuracy.
  • Receiving incoming vehicle parts and organizing stock appropriately.
  • Ensuring that stock is stored securely and remains in saleable condition.
  • Accurately locating and picking parts for workshop staff and customers.
  • Maximizing opportunities to sell older and slower-moving parts.
The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM. Who are we looking for?The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Prior experience in a Service Advisor or Parts Advisor role.
  • Experience in a busy, fast-paced office environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • The ability to manage and de-escalate challenging situations.
  • Confidence, resilience, and a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to tasks.
