Your compensation for this role will be £12 per hour.



Working Hours:
As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will work Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Inventory Control Specialist, your primary duties will include:
1. Managing stock levels at client locations.
2. Collaborating with clients and account representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery.
3. Actively identifying and reporting potential sales opportunities to the relevant teams.
4. Efficiently organizing your schedule to ensure timely visits to customer sites.
5. Providing online support for self-managed clients.
6. Ensuring accurate stock counts and relaying data to the central team for invoicing and restocking.
7. Delivering outstanding customer service.
8. Communicating essential customer information to the central team.
9. Maintaining high standards of organization and cleanliness in inventory locations.
10. Verifying replenishment stock accuracy.
11. Adhering to vehicle maintenance requirements and upholding the appearance of the company vehicle.
12. Developing and maintaining a process manual that documents specific customer needs and procedures.
13. Monitoring stock reports and proactively suggesting actions to address obsolete, slow-moving, or excess inventory.
14. Completing weekly control forms for logging by the central team.
15. Ensuring that excellent customer service is upheld during colleague absences.
16. Assisting in the trade counter as needed.

Knowledge & Experience:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes.
- Capability to plan, prioritize, and manage daily and weekly tasks effectively.
- Self-motivation and initiative.
