Job Title: Stock Management Administrator

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Job Location: Ellesmere Port laboratory

Salary: Circa £23,432

Main Purpose of Role

  • To provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the laboratory
  • Manage stock levels and ordering
  • Co-ordinate the movement of stock around the site
  • Accurately prepare month end stock take
  • Identify and implement improvements to the stock system
  • Process requisitions and communicate with suppliers

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock management and control
  • Inventory management and ordering
  • Warehouse logistics and stock movement
  • Stock takes and reconciliation
  • Supply chain communication

Requirements

  • Standard Grade or equivalent in Maths and English
  • Good level of IT skills
