What will your role entail?As a Customer Care Specialist at Motus Group, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, making you an essential representative of our organization. Key responsibilities include:
  • Welcoming customers and ensuring a high standard of service from the outset.
  • Communicating with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to understand their needs and advise them accordingly.
  • Managing Service/MOT schedules and workshop operations, keeping customers and the workshop informed about vehicle statuses.
  • Overseeing the receipt and return of customer vehicles, including conducting handover checks.
  • Identifying and verifying parts and goods from suppliers for quality and accuracy.
  • Receiving and organizing incoming vehicle parts, ensuring proper stock placement.
  • Maintaining secure and saleable stock conditions.
  • Accurately locating and picking parts for workshop staff and customers.
  • Maximizing sales opportunities for older and slower-moving parts.
The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM. Who are we seeking?The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Prior experience in a Service Advisor or Parts Advisor role.
  • A background in a busy, fast-paced office environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills coupled with a positive attitude.
