Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Associate for a permanent part-time role in our retail outlet.

Your Responsibilities

  • Become knowledgeable about all Salomon products to effectively understand and meet customer needs.
  • Guide and assist customers to ensure they enjoy a premium shopping experience, including suggesting complementary items.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques and digital tools available in-store to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarize yourself with standard operating procedures, health and safety regulations, visual merchandising, and community marketing strategies.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our service culture.

This role requires a significant presence on the sales floor.

Key Activities

To excel in this position, you must be able to fulfill the following essential duties:

Customer Service:

  • Employ outstanding customer service skills, sales strategies, and product expertise to connect customers with the right products and drive sales.
  • Quickly address any customer objections and maintain follow-up interactions.

Operational Duties:

  • Help safeguard company assets by promoting loss prevention measures.
  • Ensure the stockroom is organized and tidy.
  • Handle cash transactions confidently.

Visual Merchandising:

  • Contribute to maintaining brand visual standards.
  • Assist with restocking and pricing tasks, including preparing for sales as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in staff training and store events as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
