Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Associate for a permanent part-time role (16 hours per week) within our retail environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Become proficient in all Salomon products and identify customer needs to deliver tailored service.
  • Guide and assist customers to ensure a premium shopping experience, including suggesting complementary items.
  • Utilize sales techniques and digital tools available in-store to enhance customer service.
  • Understand and implement standard operating procedures, health and safety protocols, visual merchandising, and community marketing strategies.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the service culture of Salomon.

This role requires full-time presence on the sales floor.

Key Duties

Customer Engagement:

  • Employ exceptional customer service skills and product knowledge to connect customers with suitable products and drive sales.
  • Quickly address and resolve customer objections, ensuring effective follow-up.

Operational Support:

  • Assist in safeguarding company assets and adhere to loss prevention practices.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy stockroom.
  • Handle cash transactions confidently.

Visual Presentation:

  • Contribute to maintaining brand visual standards.
  • Assist with inventory replenishment and pricing tasks as necessary.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in staff training and store events as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
