Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management
    • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
    • Collaborate with the Store Manager to set and achieve commercial targets, and implement action plans to ensure brand image consistency.
  • Sales
    • Drive sales growth through product knowledge, team management, and customer engagement.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
  • Customer Experience
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and supported.
    • Build customer loyalty through personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Shop Operations
    • Ensure compliance with procedures, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
    • Manage team schedules, monitor sales and customer service performance, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Degree in Business Administration and Management (desirable).
  • Experience
    • Fashion retail experience, minimum two years.
  • Skills
    • Fluent English, level B2 (minimum).
    • Team building skills.
    • Results-oriented.
