Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at Hackett London (Retail). As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for creating a memorable brand experience for our customers, transmitting the passion for the brand, and helping them to find what they are looking for with a kind and helpful attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve the commercial objectives of the shop and KPIs by transmitting the differential value of the brand to customers.
- Work as a team to carry out inventories, stock management, cash register, daily reports, and other tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the point of sale.
- Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date shop image, ensuring that the necessary products are available to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in fashion retail.
- Strong team player and commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- English speaker, other languages would be a plus.
