About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Infopro Digital. As a key member of our internal sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for our External Field Sales Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make high-volume cold calls to prospective customers to sell the benefits of our product and establish how it can be useful for their business.
  • Work towards monthly KPIs and objectives set by your manager.
  • Ensure data is cleansed and accurately logged on our CRM system.
  • Produce quotes and orders when required and work with external teams to secure orders.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations at all times.
  • Self-source new leads using multiple channels.
  • Participate in training and take personal responsibility for self-development.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a sales environment, with a focus on B2B phone sales.
  • Volume-based prospecting experience.
  • Experience in delivering sales targets.
  • An excellent persuasive telephone manner and ability to confidently communicate at all levels.
  • Target-driven, passionate about achieving goals and succeeding.
  • Computer-savvy, with the ability to accurately use our IT systems.
