About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Business Manager to join our team at Brammer Buck & Hickman. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing profitability within the branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans that drive growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Manage and optimize branch operations to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize costs.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute business plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
