Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Operations Leader to enhance our team.

Your primary responsibilities will include effectively communicating the brand's passion to the sales team and assisting in the daily management of store operations. You will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to drive sales through comprehensive product knowledge and effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Inspire and instill a passion for the brand within the sales team, supporting the Store Manager in developing the skills of your colleagues.
  • Sales Performance: Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve commercial targets and KPIs, engaging the sales team through actionable plans while maintaining a strong brand image.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster customer loyalty by focusing on every detail and delivering exceptional service.
  • Store Operations: Ensure adherence to operational procedures, including inventory management, cash handling, daily reporting, and team scheduling.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

You are a motivated, energetic individual with a strong affinity for teamwork. Detail-oriented, proactive, and creative, you are eager to acquire new skills that will support your career journey with us. A passion for fashion drives you, and you possess analytical abilities, prioritization skills, and clear organizational capabilities. You lead by example and have experience in managing retail teams while overseeing sales and customer service.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Management (preferred).
  • Minimum of two years of experience in fashion retail.
  • Fluent in English, with a minimum proficiency level of B2.
  • Strong team-building capabilities.
  • Results-driven mindset.
