Position: Retail Store Leader

Salary: £28,548 per annum

As the Retail Store Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing a team, including recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluation
  • Ensuring stock availability, managing pricing, and maintaining effective inventory control
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints
  • Managing labor costs and safeguarding company resources
  • Upholding store standards, ensuring cleanliness, compliance with health & safety regulations, and visual merchandising
  • Maximizing profitability, achieving sales goals, and inspiring team motivation
  • Taking ownership of store management

Ideal candidates for the Retail Store Leader position will possess:

  • A proven track record in a similar capacity
  • Experience in leading, managing, and energizing a team
  • A genuine and dynamic personality, organized and responsive
