Your Role Overview

As a pivotal leader, you will embody our brand values and inspire your team with your passion for ethical retail. Your extensive experience in beauty retail will enable you to guide the store towards achieving excellence in sales and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement - You will be responsible for creating a customer-centric store atmosphere, leading your team to enhance customer interaction and bring our brand ethos to life. Fostering consumer loyalty is essential for strengthening The Body Shop brand.

Performance Management - Proven expertise in beauty retail management is essential. You will be tasked with meeting sales objectives and performance benchmarks through meticulous planning and organization. Exceptional inventory management skills are crucial, along with the ability to adapt to changes in the retail environment. Utilizing provided data to make informed business decisions will be key to driving sales and team performance.

Team Leadership - Our employees are central to our success. We seek individuals who can effectively lead and collaborate within a team, swiftly addressing any challenges that arise. Strong communication skills are necessary for managing the team in alignment with store needs and customer expectations. You will serve as a flexible and responsible role model, attracting and nurturing talent that reflects our brand values. Identifying high-potential team members and fostering their development is essential.
