Your Role Overview

As a Store Manager, you will be an inspiring leader who embodies our brand values and champions our business philosophy. With unparalleled expertise in beauty retail, you will steer the store and your team towards achieving retail excellence, robust sales performance, and a memorable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement - You will be responsible for cultivating a customer-centric environment by guiding your team to enhance customer interaction and bring our brand ethos to life. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering customer loyalty and reinforcing The Body Shop brand.

Sales Performance - A strong background in beauty retail management is essential. You will be tasked with meeting and exceeding sales and performance benchmarks through effective planning and organization. Exceptional inventory management skills are required, along with the ability to adapt to changes swiftly. Utilizing provided data to make informed commercial decisions will be a key aspect of your role, driving both sales and team performance.

Team Leadership - Our employees are central to our mission. We seek individuals who can lead and collaborate effectively, responding promptly to any challenges that arise. Strong communication skills are essential for managing the team in alignment with store needs and customer expectations. You will serve as a flexible and responsible role model, attracting and retaining talent that reflects our brand values.
