Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Operations Supervisor to play a pivotal role in our organization.

Your primary responsibilities as a Retail Operations Supervisor will include passionately conveying the brand's ethos to the sales team and assisting in the daily management of store operations, collaborating closely with the Store Manager to drive sales through product expertise and effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Inspire and instill a passion for the brand within the sales team, supporting the Store Manager and facilitating the internal development of your colleagues.
  • Sales Management: Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve commercial objectives and KPIs, engaging the sales team through actionable plans while maintaining a strong brand image throughout the sales process.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster customer loyalty by focusing on every detail and delivering exceptional service.
  • Store Operations: Ensure adherence to operational procedures, including inventory management, cash handling, daily reporting, and scheduling.

You are a driven, energetic individual who thrives in a team environment. Previous experience in managing retail teams and overseeing sales and customer service is essential.

Qualifications Required:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Management (preferred).
  • Minimum of two years of experience in fashion retail.
  • Fluent in English, with a minimum proficiency level of B2.
  • Strong team-building capabilities.
  • Results-driven mindset.
