Position Summary
We are seeking a Client Solutions Advisor to join our dedicated Product Support team. Reporting to the Product Support Manager, this role is pivotal in engaging with clients to address their technical inquiries, challenges, and concerns. As a key knowledge resource within the organization, the Client Solutions Advisor will educate clients, respond to queries, and troubleshoot issues related to the Patsnap platform and its comprehensive suite of offerings, including our Life Science solutions. We prioritize customer satisfaction and take pride in our exceptional service metrics. This role is centered around ensuring our clients receive the utmost care through a blend of empathy and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries via our ticketing system (Zendesk) promptly, adhering to performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain technical learning resources for all product modules.
  • Produce and oversee technical documentation for Life Science platforms.
  • Become a 'product champion' with in-depth knowledge of Patsnap tools.
  • Actively gather, analyze, and relay customer feedback to sales and product development teams.
  • Continuously enhance expertise in the intellectual property and patent intelligence sectors.

Candidate Profile
  • Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing capacity.
  • Background in Life Sciences education or relevant industry experience.
  • Familiarity with API and SSO is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong commitment to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional ability to address inquiries with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Passion for educating and clarifying complex subjects.
  • Adaptable mindset capable of managing unexpected inquiries and evolving situations.
  • Proficient in thinking quickly when addressing urgent requests.
  • Open to receiving and implementing feedback for continuous improvement.
