Position Overview
As a Solutions Advisor at Thomson Reuters, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as a subject matter expert for the Legal Technology portfolio, particularly focusing on the HighQ platform and Legal Tracker, collaborating with fellow Solutions Advisors to keep all relevant parties informed about product advancements and strategic direction.
- Creating and updating demonstration data and technical documentation for the Sales teams, providing training and refining these resources as needed.
- Gathering insights from the field and collaborating with Product Management on market entry strategies.
- Partnering with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure our messaging is clear and that supporting materials are current.
- Assisting the Sales team in qualifying sales opportunities and conducting technical assessments to determine necessary solutions for client needs.
- Helping the Sales team articulate the value of our Legal Technology offerings through various channels, including phone interactions, presentations, and both virtual and in-person product showcases.
- Working closely with the Sales team to develop proposals that align solution designs with client business objectives.
- Ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the sales process and delivery, fostering trusted relationships with client stakeholders to cultivate advocates for our solutions.
- Representing the product at industry events and conferences.
To excel as our Solutions Advisor, you will likely possess:
- Experience in Enterprise/SaaS Sales; familiarity with Legal Technology products, particularly HighQ, is advantageous.
- A background in law, whether as a legal practitioner or in roles such as legal operations or project management, is preferred.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to think on your feet, instilling confidence in Thomson Reuters and our offerings.
- A customer-centric mindset with adept negotiation, complex problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and the capability to collaborate across various teams within the organization.
- The ability to thrive in an agile environment, adapting to changing circumstances effectively.
