Position Overview

As an HCM Solutions Advisor, you will leverage your presentation skills, collaborative consulting experience, and expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) to effectively communicate the value of Workday's offerings and enhance their adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate strategically with the sales team to create a compelling vision of Workday's solutions and their unique advantages as part of a value-driven sales approach.
  • Deliver comprehensive HCM product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, sales personnel, and current customers, focusing on areas such as employee engagement, talent management, people analytics, recruitment, workforce optimization, and learning solutions.
  • Evaluate the applicability of Workday solutions to fulfill client requirements and prepare detailed specifications for the development and implementation of tailored products and applications, showcasing the value of our offerings.
  • Provide expert consultation to prospective users and conduct assessments of product capabilities.
  • Assist in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from potential clients as needed.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.

Skills and Expertise Development:

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in HCM and related ERP functions.
  • Exceptional presentation abilities, including effective software demonstration techniques, sales messaging, and storytelling.
  • Proven track record of engaging with various stakeholders, particularly Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs).
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities to address client concerns and requirements, crafting innovative solutions.
  • Experience in value-based selling within a consulting or sales environment.
  • Robust technical and industry knowledge to support solution development and problem resolution.
  • Collaborative team spirit, working across different business units and partners to achieve positive outcomes for clients, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and valued contributor.

Candidate Profile:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated initiative and commitment to achieving results, preferably within the HCM domain as an HR practitioner or in sales/solution consulting for HCM suites.
  • Practical experience and understanding of key topics such as employee engagement, talent management, employee experience, recruitment, workforce management, and learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in solution consulting or consulting roles with HCM enterprise business solutions.
  • Previous experience in storytelling techniques.
