About the Role
Axiom Software Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert to join our team as a SAP HCM & PY Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on SAP HCM & PY implementations, upgrades, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise on SAP HCM & PY modules, including Personnel Administration, Organisation Management, Time Management, and SAP UK Payroll.
- Design and implement SAP HCM & PY solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and technical teams on SAP HCM & PY modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of SAP HCM & PY documentation, including user guides, technical notes, and knowledge base articles.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP HCM & PY modules, including Personnel Administration, Organisation Management, Time Management, and SAP UK Payroll.
- Proven track record of successful SAP HCM & PY implementations, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Strong technical skills, including ABAP programming and SAP CPI integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with SAP technical modules, including Basis, Security, and SAP PI.
- Knowledge of programming languages, including JavaScript and Groovy.
- Experience with workflow management and process automation.
