Workday HCM Functional Consultant (German and English Speaking)

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a critical role in delivering successful Workday HCM projects to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, leading or supporting the implementation of Workday's HCM product.
  • Complete the Workday Core HCM & Practical Certification training.
  • Supplement your initial product learnings through active project engagements.
  • Work closely with other Consulting Teams on projects.
  • Gather and understand Customer's Business Requirements.
  • Support your customer during multiple rounds of testing.
  • Undertake final deployment activities for the customer.
  • Work on at least 1 - 3 full-cycle implementation projects within your areas of expertise.
  • Continue to build on the knowledge that you've learnt through additional training offerings.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Requirements:

  • German language skills are essential.
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
