Position Overview

Senior Microsoft Security Advisor (MIP Purview) - Remote UK

Are you well-versed in Microsoft Security and possess proficiency in both English and French? This role offers an opportunity to advance your career as a Senior Microsoft Security Advisor within a prominent European technology consultancy that maintains strong affiliations with Microsoft.

In this position, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive data security strategies aimed at safeguarding the client organization, particularly focusing on the regions of France and Switzerland. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to pinpoint vulnerabilities, devise security solutions, and uphold the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of data. This role is diverse, allowing you to acquire new skills and knowledge with an emphasis on data security, compliance, and governance.

Work Environment:

After a remote interview process, you will have the flexibility to work full-time from anywhere in the UK, collaborating with colleagues across the UK and Europe. Please note that occasional travel to France or Switzerland may be required for short durations.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Security.
  • Extensive commercial experience in a data security-focused role, particularly in implementing and maintaining data protection measures.
  • Proficient in MIP (Microsoft Information Protection) and Microsoft Purview.
  • Solid understanding of Data Security and Data Protection protocols and principles.
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in both English and French, with a collaborative mindset.
  • SC Clearance is preferred or the ability to obtain it (i.e., UK citizen or resident for 5 years or more).
