Job Summary

Marvel FMCG - Certified B Corporation® is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our presence in the Convenience, Wholesale, and OOH markets.

About the Role

You will work closely with our Wholesale Account Manager to drive business growth and increase visibility of our brand among key customers. Your primary objective will be to expand our distribution network, enhance product visibility, and activate promotions across London, Greater London, and the Home Counties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow distribution and visibility of our products among Convenience, Wholesale, and OOH customers.
  • Win new listings with prospective customers and deliver sales presentations to secure business.
  • Organize and execute store-level promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong understanding of the Convenience, Wholesale, and OOH landscape. Ideally, you will have a background in the drinks sector or wider FMCG, with experience working with Convenience, Cash and Carry, or Wholesale customers at a regional level.
