About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wholesale Account Manager to join our team at Liforme. As a Wholesale Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our wholesale channel by delivering exceptional customer service to our wholesale accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to our wholesale accounts, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Relationship Development: Develop and deepen our relationships with wholesale partners worldwide, identifying opportunities to grow our business and increase revenue.
  • Operational Efficiency: Work closely with our Operations Team to ensure efficient operational flow for our wholesale customers, processing orders and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • CRM Management: Manage our CRM system, processing new leads, onboarding new accounts, and reactivating dormant accounts.
  • Marketing Support: Support the Wholesale Manager with new and existing sales and marketing initiatives, including research and reporting as required.
Requirements
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a genuine desire to go above and beyond.
  • Communication: Excellent writing and communication skills, with a positive and friendly disposition.
  • Cultural Awareness: Culturally sensitive and comfortable communicating with internal and external contacts worldwide.

  • Autonomy: Ability to work autonomously within an agreed remit to manage workloads and turnaround of work.
