Job Summary

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic Wholesale Account Executive to support the day-to-day management of our growing wholesale channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our wholesale accounts, helping us to develop our relationships with wholesale partners worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Wholesale Manager with the day-to-day operation of the wholesale channel
  • Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale accounts in a positive and personable manner
  • Maintain a smooth operational flow and first-class wholesale customer experience
  • Develop and deepen wholesale relationships by going above and beyond customer expectations
  • Carry out key aspects of the CRM process flow, including processing new leads, on-boarding new accounts, and reactivating dormant accounts
  • Update and improve customer assets and documents, such as the wholesale lookbook and price lists
  • Proactively help the Operations Team to ensure wholesale orders are processed efficiently
  • Support the Wholesale Manager with new and existing sales and marketing initiatives
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks and administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • Outstanding customer service skills, with a genuine desire to go above and beyond
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with a positive and friendly disposition
  • Culturally sensitive and comfortable communicating with internal and external contacts worldwide
  • Good commercial instincts, with the ability to see how today may impact a relationship longer-term
  • Experience of working within a wholesale, B2B or relationship management position
  • Experience in a customer service focused role
