Job Title: National Account Executive - Wholesale

Red Bull is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Executive - Wholesale to join our team in the UK.

About the Role:

The National Account Executive - Wholesale will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving volume, profit, and net revenue targets in the wholesale channel. This role will involve close collaboration with the wider Red Bull business, including Field Sales, National Account teams, Logistics, Finance, and Brand & Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute business plans to achieve growth targets, aligned with customer and Red Bull priorities.
  2. Forecast and track account development, making informed business decisions to drive growth.
  3. Proactively manage customer contact strategy to remove obstacles to progress, ensuring timely meetings with key contacts.
  4. Build and maintain internal contact strategy to meet overall account KPIs, collaborating with field sales, category marketing, logistics, finance, and brand & consumer teams.
  5. Become an expert in category, consumer, and customer insights, making positive decisions based on data and insights.
  6. Be a brand advocate, mirroring Red Bull values to deliver enhanced brand perception.
  7. Utilize sales data and insights effectively, negotiating and trading matters to drive business growth.
  8. Support, execute, and deliver business plans and/or KPIs, with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven account development skills.
  • Evidence of utilizing and driving a customer contact strategy.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to handle, evaluate, and utilize sales data and insights effectively.
  • Experience of negotiation and trading matters to a reasonable level.
  • Evidence of supporting, executing, and delivering business plans and/or KPIs.
  • Self-starter with a focus on results and the customer.
  • Proven track record of achievement.
