We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to lead our Discount Channel growth strategy. As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth across the channel, working closely with our Sales Director and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the Discount Channel, aligned with our business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with our Sales Director to identify opportunities for growth and develop joint business plans.
  • Drive distribution of existing and new products, managing product mix to maximize margin.
  • Manage effective communication of NPD & Category Solutions, ensuring seamless execution across the channel.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in National Accounts Commercial Roles, with experience in the FMCG industry. You will be a strategic thinker, with excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
