Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Administration team with a high-volume purchase ledger.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining the company's purchase ledger.
  • Processing supplier invoices, credit notes, and other authorised transactions into the purchase ledger.
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders/delivery dockets
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Reception cover and processing of documents

Requirements:

  • 1-year experience working in a busy administration or accounts department.
  • Experience using Sage or a similar package
  • Experience processing high-volume purchase ledger.
