Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Staffline Recruitment (NI) Ltd. as a Legal Secretary.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records within our case management system.
  • Prepare and type various legal documents, including letters, emails, and pleadings, using Microsoft Office software.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by making and receiving phone calls, liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors.
  • Arrange and coordinate solicitor-client appointments and meetings.
  • Proofread and edit draft documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Support and assist fellow clerical staff during peak periods.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a legal secretary or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not essential, as we offer comprehensive training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Working Hours and Benefits:
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a 7-hour working day.
  • Negotiable salary based on experience.
  • Company pension and sick pay.

This is a permanent, full-time position, but we also consider applications from legal secretaries who wish to work part-time.
