Administrative Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's purchase ledger, processing supplier invoices, credit notes, and other authorised transactions, and matching invoices to purchase orders/delivery dockets.

Responsibilities
---------------

* Maintain the company's purchase ledger
* Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and other authorised transactions
* Match invoices to purchase orders/delivery dockets
* Reconcile supplier statements
* Provide reception cover and process documents

Requirements
------------

* 1-year experience working in a busy administration or accounts department
* Experience using Sage or a similar package
* Experience processing high-volume purchase ledger
