Job Title: Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Administration team with a high-volume purchase ledger.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the company's purchase ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, credit notes, and other authorised transactions.
  • Process supplier statements, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accurate payment processing.
  • Provide reception cover and process documents, ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 1-year experience working in a busy administration or accounts department.
  • Experience using Sage or a similar package.
  • Experience processing high-volume purchase ledgers.
