Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant - Legal to join our team at Staffline Recruitment (NI) Ltd.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records
  • Prepare and type legal documents, letters, and emails using Microsoft Office software
  • Provide administrative support to solicitors and other staff members
  • Make and receive phone calls, and liaise with clients, agents, and other solicitors
  • Arrange appointments and meetings
  • Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and quality
  • Support fellow administrative staff during busy periods
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a legal secretary or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, 7 hour working day

Salary and Benefits:

Negotiable salary depending on experience, plus company pension and sick pay
