Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Vice President of International Sales to lead our global commercialization initiatives. This strategic role will focus on developing and executing innovative strategies to enhance market penetration and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will manage a diverse team and hold full P&L accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Oversight
Manage and optimize global sales revenue and profitability. Continuously monitor business performance and implement strategies to exceed targets. - Team Development
Foster a culture of growth by enhancing team capabilities through training and recruitment. Collaborate with counterparts to ensure cohesive efforts across regions. - Strategic Leadership
Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to formulate a strategic roadmap for international sales. Translate long-term strategies into actionable annual objectives.
Experience Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Demonstrated leadership in P&L management.
- Extensive experience in sales and marketing with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a structured environment.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and financial analysis.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to cultivate a strong team culture.
- Expertise in strategic planning and problem-solving.
