Key Responsibilities:- Foster and sustain client relationships, gaining insights into their present and prospective requirements.
- Build a robust sales pipeline utilizing IPG's diverse product offerings.
- Clearly articulate product advantages, industry best practices, and collaborative opportunities to clients.
- Market a variety of products, including specialized technical items and automated systems.
- Prepare detailed quotations and assist in managing projects effectively.
- Implement and provide training on automated systems, ensuring ongoing customer assistance.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver accurate forecasts and insights for new product innovation.
- Engage in strategic business planning and support product/service launches.
- Resolve customer issues and promote continuous process enhancements.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the packaging industry; an engineering background is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to operate independently or collaboratively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proven history of effective sales communication.
