Head of Programme Design and Partnerships

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Design and Partnerships Lead to join our Partnerships and Communities Team at Community Integrated Care.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop impactful partnerships and programmes that align with our charity's goals and values.
- Design and deliver exceptional projects and partnerships that drive social impact and achieve our objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to our Delivery team to ensure successful project implementation.
- Manage a portfolio of relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial brands and partners.
- Analyse our work to continually improve our impact and inform future strategy.
- Act as a leader and champion of our charity's strategy, driving innovation and excellence in programme design and partnerships.
- Proven experience in a similar role, working with large commercial brands and partners to design and deliver programmes of work with social impact.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical and research skills, and creative vision to design and scope impactful projects.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work productively with others, identify shared goals, and inspire and motivate teams.
- Commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and design concepts that are commercially robust.
- Excellent presentation, copywriting, and research skills, with the ability to co-produce concepts and engage with stakeholders.
