Job Summary:
Community Integrated Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Design and Partnerships Manager to join our Partnerships and Communities Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in shaping the future direction of our programme design and partnerships work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative programmes and partnerships that achieve a social impact
- Work closely with our Director of Partnerships and Communities to identify and develop new opportunities for programme design and partnerships
- Lead a talented team, including our Partnerships and Business Development Manager, to deliver high-quality programme design and partnerships work
- Collaborate with colleagues across our directorate and wider charity to ensure seamless delivery of programme design and partnerships work
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial brands and partners to identify and design programmes of work that meet their needs and achieve a social impact
- Provide strongly designed project models and roadmaps to our Delivery team, who directly implement our work
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role working with large commercial brands and partners designing programmes of work with a social impact
- Great problem-solving abilities, analytical and research skills, and creative vision
- Ability to identify, design, and scope a range of scalable, engaging, and resource-efficient projects across diverse themes
- Skilled at building relationships for impactful partnerships
- Commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to understand what influential businesses, funders, and people want and need from our charity and the value we can exchange
