Head of Programme Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Programme Design to join our Partnerships and Communities Team at Community Integrated Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in shaping the future direction of our programme design work, identifying and designing impactful programmes and collaborations that further our success.
Key Responsibilities- Identify opportunities to create impactful partnerships and programmes that add real value to our charity and the lives of the people we support.
- Design exceptional projects and partnerships that drive social impact.
- Provide strongly designed project models and roadmaps to our Delivery team, who directly implement our work.
- Manage a portfolio of relationships with commercial brands and partners.
- Analyse our work to continually improve our impact and inform our strategy.
- Act as a leader and further our strategy, working collaboratively with colleagues across the charity.
- Previous experience in a similar role working with large commercial brands and partners designing programmes of work with a social impact.
- Great problem-solving abilities, analytical and research skills, and creative vision.
- Ability to identify, design and scope a range of scalable, engaging, and resource-efficient projects across diverse themes.
- Skilled at building relationships for impactful partnerships and collaborations.
- Commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to understand what influential businesses, funders and people want and need from our charity.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work productively with others, identify shared goals, and inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent presentation, copywriting, and research skills.
- Ability to co-produce concepts and engage the people we support.
