Head of Programme Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Programme Design to join our Partnerships and Communities Team at Community Integrated Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in shaping the future direction of our programme design work, identifying and designing impactful programmes and collaborations that further our success.
Key Responsibilities- Identify Opportunities: Identify opportunities to create impactful partnerships and programmes that add real value to our charity and the lives of the people we support.
- Design Exceptional Projects: Design exceptional projects and partnerships that meet the needs of our stakeholders and deliver a real social impact.
- Provide Project Models: Provide strongly designed project models and roadmaps to our Delivery team, who directly implement our work.
- Manage Relationships: Manage a portfolio of relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial brands and partners.
- Analyse and Improve: Analyse our work to continually improve our impact and identify areas for growth and development.
- Lead and Develop: Act as a leader and further our strategy, working closely with our Director of Partnerships and Communities and other key stakeholders.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role working with large commercial brands and partners designing programmes of work ideally with a social impact.
- Skills: Great problem-solving abilities, analytical and research skills, and creative vision. You will know how to analyse a problem or an opportunity and create great solutions in response.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and collaboration skills – working productively with others, identifying shared goals, and inspiring and motivating teams.
- Commercial Acumen: Brings commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset, understanding what influential businesses, funders and people want and need from our charity and the value we can exchange.
- Communication: Excellent presentation, copywriting, and research skills, with the ability to co-produce concepts and engage the people we support.
