As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in shaping the future direction of our programme design work, identifying and designing impactful programmes and collaborations that drive social impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programme design strategies that align with our charity's goals and objectives.
  • Lead a talented team of programme designers and partners to deliver high-quality programmes and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial brands, funders, and community partners.
  • Design and deliver training and development programmes for our staff and partners.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform programme design and delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in programme design and delivery, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
