About the Role

Community Integrated Care is seeking an experienced professional to lead our Quality and Compliance Team as the Head of Financial and Regulatory Governance. This is a full-time, permanent position that can be based anywhere in the UK, with the option to work from home or from one of our head or regional offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of information governance and regulatory compliance strategies
  • Oversee the Complaints, Speak Out, and feedback function of the charity
  • Establish and maintain effective risk management and board assurance processes
  • Lead the development and implementation of information management strategies
  • Commission regular audits and conduct reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and information management processes and controls
Requirements
  • Degree or degree-level qualification in business administration, information technology, or a related field
  • Qualifications in governance, information governance, and related subjects such as ISO or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing governance, risk management, and information management strategies within a complex organization
  • Expertise in information governance and data protection
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to social care, governance, risk management, and information management
