Community Integrated Care is seeking a talented and ambitious leader to join our Partnerships and Communities Team as Head of Programme Design. This exciting role offers the opportunity to design and deliver outstanding projects that achieve a social impact, working with amazing brands and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Identify opportunities to create impactful partnerships and programmes that add real value to our charity and the lives of the people we support
- Design exceptional projects and partnerships
- Provide strongly designed project models and roadmaps to our Delivery team
- Manage a portfolio of relationships
- Analyse our work to continually improve our impact
- Act as a leader and further our strategy
- Previous experience in a similar role working with large commercial brands and partners designing programmes of work with a social impact
- Great problem-solving abilities, analytical and research skills, and creative vision
- Ability to identify, design and scope a range of scalable, engaging, and resource-efficient projects across diverse themes
- Skilled at building relationships for impactful partnerships
- Commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Excellent presentation, copywriting, and research skills
- Ability to co-produce concepts and engage the people we support
