Head of Programme Design and Partnerships

Community Integrated Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Programme Design and Partnerships to join our Partnerships and Communities Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in shaping the future direction of our programme development and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Design and lead innovative programmes and partnerships with commercial brands and partners, with a focus on social impact.
- Develop and implement project models and roadmaps to support our Delivery team in implementing our work.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial brands, funders, and influencers.
- Identify and scope scalable, engaging, and resource-efficient projects across diverse themes.
- Collaborate with colleagues across our directorate and wider charity to drive programme development and partnerships.
- Proven experience in a similar role, working with large commercial brands and partners to design and deliver programmes of work with social impact.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical and research skills, and creative vision.
- Ability to build relationships and identify opportunities for impactful partnerships.
- Commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a deep understanding of what influential businesses and funders want and need from our charity.
