About the Role
Community Integrated Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Partnerships and Communities Team as a Head of Programme Design. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of innovative programmes and partnerships that drive social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and design impactful programmes and collaborations that further the success of our charity and the lives of the people we support.
- Lead a talented team of Partnerships and Business Development Managers to deliver exceptional projects and partnerships.
- Collaborate with colleagues across our directorate and wider charity to shape the future direction of our work.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial brands and partners.
- Analyse and improve our work to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in programme design and delivery, with a track record of creating innovative projects and partnerships.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design and scope scalable, engaging, and resource-efficient projects.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.
