Job Summary:
Community Integrated Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Programmes and Partnerships Design Manager to join our Partnerships and Communities Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in shaping the future direction of our programme design work, identifying and designing impactful programmes and collaborations that drive social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead on ground-breaking programmes and partnerships with commercial brands and partners, driving social impact and innovation.
- Develop and implement project models and roadmaps to support our Delivery team in implementing our work.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial brands, funders, and partners, to identify opportunities and design concepts that are commercially robust.
- Collaborate with our Director of Partnerships and Communities and other colleagues to shape the future direction of our programme design work.
- Oversee a talented team, including our Partnerships and Business Development Manager, to ensure the successful delivery of our programme design work.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, working with large commercial brands and partners to design programmes of work with a social impact.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical and research skills, and creative vision to identify, design, and scope scalable, engaging, and resource-efficient projects.
- Excellent relationship-building skills to establish and maintain partnerships with commercial brands, funders, and partners.
- Commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset to understand what influential businesses, funders, and people want and need from our charity and the value we can exchange.
