Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture client relationships, gaining insights into their current and future requirements.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline utilizing IPG's diverse product offerings.
  • Communicate product advantages, industry best practices, and collaborative opportunities to clients.
  • Market a variety of products, including technical solutions and automated systems.
  • Prepare detailed quotations and assist in managing projects effectively.
  • Provide installation and training for automated solutions, ensuring ongoing customer support.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver accurate forecasts and feedback for new product initiatives.
  • Participate in strategic business planning and the launch of new products/services.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and drive enhancements in processes.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the packaging industry, with a preference for candidates with an engineering background.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proven track record in effective sales communication.
