About the Role

Community Integrated Care is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a critical role in driving the financial sustainability of our charity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Senior Leaders to make informed, financially sustainable, and commercially effective decisions through the provision, interpretation, and reporting of accurate Management Information (MI).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their financial needs and provide expert guidance to shape department strategy and ensure plans, budgets, and forecasts are aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of our financial processes and systems to ensure we remain financially sustainable and competitive.
  • Support the Business Development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, balancing opportunity, risk, charitable purpose, and sustainability.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and drive financial sustainability.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with a strong commercial background and experience working as a trusted finance business partner at a senior level.
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data and develop creative solutions to drive financial sustainability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong MS Excel skills, with experience in using pivot tables, lookups, and formulae to analyze and present complex data.
